Futuroscope propose many types of services and facilities to disabled visitors.

Animal reception centre
Pets are not admitted into the Parc du Futuroscope. A kennel is available in the parking lot. Rates: 5€ per day and per animal (food is not provided).
Car park
Direct access from the A10-E5 motorway or the D910 highway. Rates per vehicle: Day 7€ (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day), Evening 3€ (from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day). Car park open to motorhomes.
Motorhome service area
The car park is open to motorhomes (Day 7€, Evening 3€) and includes a service area with waste water drainage (free), drinking water supply (4 € for 100 liters) and electricity hook-up (4 € for 1 hour).
Futuroscope Destination agency
If you have reserved your stay, you can pick up your travel book at the Futuroscope Destination counter located at the main entrance as well as at the Futuroscope-TGV train station. You may also make last-minute hotel reservations there.
Baby area
Four baby areas for nappy (diaper) changing and preparing bottles, are located at the main entrance and inside the park. The Parc du Futuroscope does not provide baby-sitting services.
Luggage check
Available at the main entrance. Fee: 5€ per day and per locker (groups: 8€)
Cash Dispenser
Two ATM-distributors are available: located at the main entrance and inside the park.
Wheelchairs and baby strollers
Available for rental at the main entrance and at the Futuroscope-TGV Train Station. Fee: 5€ per day, with deposit (limited quantity available).
Mobility scooter for persons with reduced mobility
Available for rental at the main entrance. Fee: 20€ per day, with deposit (limited quantity available)
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found area is located at the main entrance near the luggage check. Once you have left the Park, you may also enquire about lost items by phone: (33) (0) 5 49 49 30 00
First Aid
A First Aid office is open without interruption in the area 'le Monde des Enfants' (Children's World).
