& BOOKINGDANCES WITH ROBOTS NEW FOR 2013
The attraction
Experience your first robot-party!
Pair up with a mate in a giant robot arm in the supercharged
groove of a massive dance floor and get ready to be sent
flying into a whirlwind of dizzying excitement to a
banging playlist from DJ Martin Solveig.
Children must be 4 ft or over. Choose from three thrill levels
or watch the action from the viewing balcony.
The artist
Martin Solveig hits the decks.
DJ and producer Martin Solveig has wowed crowds at the world’s biggest clubs and music festivals. Now he’s chosen the tracks and put together the new Dances with Robots set at Futuroscope, delivering the cracking vibe that only he can create.

The technology
A totally new mix of art and robotics.
Humanoid robot doorman Robothespian welcomes you to the party. Inside are ten 23-ft-high robot arms from the car industry moving in time to the music, lighting effects, videos and spectacular video-mapping sequences.
The architecture
A many-sided showcase setting for
a new type of club.
This 21,500-ft² theatre created by architect Denis Laming is a
silver-coloured metaphor built from dynamic lines and covered
in tilted glazing. As it plays with reflections and transparencies,
it seems to dance in the landscape, mirroring the many sides of
the surrounding parkland.
