The attraction
Turn into a Minimoy and help save Arthur...
Shrink and become a Minimoy, but don't wait for ten moons to pass! Climb onto your flying ladybuggy and join Arthur in a hair-raising race around the fairy-tale world of the Minimoys. The unprecedented array of technologies keeps the thrills coming thick and fast.
The technology
More technologies under one
roof than anywhere else.
This one attraction is packed with cutting edge technology for a thrill-filled immersive experience: IMAX 3D images, a 9,700-ft² hemispherical screen, a motion simulator and in-theatre physical effects.
The author
A new attraction from Luc Besson.
Arthur, the 4D Adventure is the first leisure park attraction from French director, producer and scriptwriter Luc Besson: «Fun and discovery, the two key qualities at Futuroscope that drove me to create a totally new experience for visitors.»
The architecture
A 115-ft-high theatre for Arthur.
The theatre’s hypercube, designed by architect Denis Laming, represents a 4th dimension, while the 105-ft-diameter cylinder it holds symbolizes entertainment and showbiz. Two panoramic glass elevators travel up and down the front of the theatre.
